How to use RC720UV for hospital ward monitoring?
RC720UV is connected to the POE switch, and the switch is connected to the LAN where the hospital is located. Keep the IR-cut function of the RC720UV camera in Auto state, and turn on an infrared light to realize the night monitoring function. The infrared light emitted by the infrared lamp is invisible to the human eye but visible to the camera.
The night vision principle of infrared camera
The way to achieve night vision is to use infrared camera technology.Infrared camera technology is to use a special "infrared lamp" to artificially generate infrared radiation, which is invisible to the human eye but can be captured by ordinary cameras, and radiates to "illuminate" the scene and environment, using ordinary low-light CMOS black and white explosion-proof cameras or using "daytime color and automatic black and white at night" camera or "explosion-proof infrared camera" to feel the infrared light reflected from the surrounding environment, so as to achieve night vision function.
Difference between Full NDI and NDI
Full NDI is based on NDI codec, and NDI|HX/2/3 are based on H264 codec. The main differences are reflected in bandwidth, picture quality and real-time performance:
Full NDI: Specific NDI encoding, high picture quality, 1-3fps latency.
NDI|HX: H.264 encoding, low picture quality, 7-10fps latency.
NDI|HX2: H.264/H.265 encoding, medium picture quality, 7-10fps latency.
NDI|HX3: H.264/H.265 encoding, medium and high picture quality.
Full NDI delivers high-quality video streams such as 1080P and 4K in gigabit LAN. Based on the unique NDI encoding technology of Full NDI, it can achieve almost lossless picture quality, while NDI|HX/2/3 is based on H.264/H.265. In addition, Full NDI can accurately capture every frame and transmit as many images as possible, so as to ensure the smoothness of the video to the greatest extent. However, H.264/H.265 will inevitably lose packets during transmission. FULL NDI must use a Gigabit Ethernet switch(better with POE function to solve the on-site power supply problem), a single channel can be directly connected to a notebook; the live broadcast software will directly recognize the NDI signal in the network; it is recommended to use a POE switch, preferably those of large brands with guaranteed quality, to ensure better network conditions. Since Full NDI adopts IP transmission, it can get rid of the troubles of traditional SDI/HDMI cables, and only use one network cable to realize video and audio transmission, PTZ/Tally control, PoE power supply, etc., and plug and play. This connection method not only simplifies the wiring, but also improves the flexibility of wiring, while saving the cost of SDI cables. Therefore, you can choose Full NDI for higher picture quality requirements. Full NDI is widely used in broadcast productions, conferences and seminars, large-scale events, e-sports, broadcast over the Internet, school events, live sports and religious live broadcasts, large-scale interconnected conferences, stage live broadcasts, medical live broadcast, distributed large-screen applications, wedding scene production and other application scenarios.
How does FULL NDI transmit close to original uncompressed video?
Full NDI is an intra-frame compression scheme. Intra-frame compression only refers to the data of this frame, and the compression rate is small. Intra-frame compression is similar to picture compression. It has nothing to do with the previous (or after) frame (or after several frames) of this frame. The compression rate of FULL NDI is relatively small because the part of data to be encoded is inferred from the encoded part of the current frame.
Full NDI adopts intra-frame high bit rate compression, which can bring close to the original uncompressed video experience.
Camera rtsp streaming failed?
For IP cameras, up to 4 streams can output simultaneously. If streaming fails and all video parameters are correct, please contact technical support for remote assistance.
Does the usb camera support flipping, and if so, how do I turn the Image?

How do I solve the echo problem of the RC10 during a video conference?
First, check if the RC10 audio 3A algorithm is turned on (check using the menu of the remote control), and then check if the microphone and speaker selected by the conference software are both RC10. If not, change to RC10 and try again.
