The camera’s portrait mode and landscape mode can be switched freely. You need to press and hold the touch button on the back of the camera for about 8 seconds, the camera will automatically restart.
If it's in landscape mode before switching, it will switch to portrait mode;
if it's in portrait mode before,It will switch to landscape mode.

The camera may be muted, check whether the light on the nose of the camera is red, if so, press the touch button on the back of the camera to unmute.
