Shipping Instructions

➡️Obtain Your Ticket ID

Be sure to obtain your Ticket ID from the Rocware Support Team and clearly mark it on the outside of each box before shipping.

➡️Confirm Return Address

Please contact support@rocware.com to confirm the correct return shipping address before sending your product.

➡️Packaging Requirements

Ensure the product is properly packed to prevent damage during transportation. Rocware is not responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging.

➡️Shipping Cost

Unless otherwise specified by Rocware, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

⚠️Unauthorized Returns

Shipments without a valid Ticket ID or prior approval may be rejected or delayed.
