EMPOWERING WORSHIP
How a Faith-Based Organization Upgraded AV Solutions with Rocware
THE CHALLENGE
This organization was seeking video solutions with speakers, mics, and room wiring design. We shared the lead with our reseller partner, NobleTec, for a quote.
THE SOLUTION
Our sales account manager and engineer designed a wiring plan for two RM702C speakers, mics with ceiling mounts, and an RC821U PTZ camera in an 18’x18’ room.
THE RESULTS
Payment terms are being finalized with the customer and reseller. We aim to strengthen our relationship and become a trusted partner as they expand into other ministries.

BUSINESS CHALLENGES
The opportunity came up as a lead inquiry from a Google search from our website. They were searching for in-line connectivity video with speakers and mics, along with help to design, and most importantly the wiring layout of our products in a room. We presented the lead to our reseller partner, NobleTec, to facilitate further with a quote.

SOLUTIONS PROVIDED
Working with the customer, our sales account manager enlisted the assistance of our sales engineer to help design plans to wire two RM702C speakers and mics with ceiling mounts as well as one RC821U PTZ camera together in a room approximately 18’x18’ in size. This space included two rows of tables across the middle and a screen with podium flanked to one side
SOLUTIONS HIGHLIGHTS
The end user had further questions that our sales account manager was able to answer which led them to include the S22 sound bar as well to help with functionality. The only minor hiccup we experienced during this project was an issue with wiring of the items for the room and a central hub for connecting, which we were able to resolve without delay. The timing of this project from the beginning of the conversation to the order being placed with our reseller partner took only two days.
RESULTS AND BENEFITS
The payment terms are currently being processed by the end customer and reseller. Once those payment terms have been agreed upon, the product will ship. We hope to further build our relationship with this end-user in an effort to become a trusted partner as they expand their reach into other houses of worship within their portfolio of ministries.
