The camera’s portrait mode and landscape mode can be switched freely. You need to press and hold the touch button on the back of the camera for about 8 seconds, the camera will automatically restart. If it's in landscape mode before switching, it will switch to portrait mode; if it's in portrait mode before,It will switch to landscape mode.
The camera may be muted, check whether the light on the nose of the camera is red, if so, press the touch button on the back of the camera to unmute.
In general, we recommend using the original USB cable. If you want to connect an extension cable, it’s recommended to use an extension cable with signal amplification function. Otherwise, there may be a black screen caused by insufficient power supply, or the image output is unstable.
