Rocware RC821U: the Zoom Certified 1080P Video Conferencing PTZ Camera

The Rocware RC821U Video Conferencing Camera has obtained certification from Zoom. This certification ensures that Zoom Rooms users benefit from a top-tier camera that enhances the overall video quality for engaging hybrid meetings.

With an impressive 12x optical zoom and an additional 16x digital zoom, the RC821U brings every detail to life. The PTZ function achieves a panoramic view with close to 360° horizontal rotation and vertical rotation from -30° to +90°, allowing you to capture the entire room. The camera is also equipped with Panasonic’s 1/2.8-inch, 2.07 million effective pixels HD CMOS sensor, which delivers a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a frame rate of 60fps.

Designed for medium-sized conferencing rooms (7-12 participants), the RC821U features Auto Framing technology. Through intelligent face detection, the camera accurately gauges the number and distribution of participants, automatically adjusting the PTZ settings to ensure everyone shows perfectly on the screen. To simplify the setup, it supports PoE, which delivers power, control, video, and audio through one network cable.
