Return Policy

Rocware guarantees all its products work effectively. Commercial products have a warranty of 3 years. Consumer products have a warranty of 18 months.

If you have requested support from our team, we will contact you within two business days to assist you and troubleshoot your issue.

If we are unable to resolve your issue, you may be eligible for a replacement. You are not required to return the defective device.

Warranty does not apply if: 1) the product was not used in recommended settings, 2) equipment damage was caused by water, electric shock including power-surges, fire, collapsing objects, or any weather-related disasters, 3) damage related to theft or vandalism, and 4) there has been unauthorized repair, misuse, and modification of the product.
